After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime via the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How do I start a return?

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
If the preferred item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will address the issue promptly and provide a suitable solution.

How long do refunds take?

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days after we receive the return

  • Bank processing: 3–7 business days
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Unless stated otherwise, our pieces are crafted using high-quality plated materials designed for durability and everyday wear.
